We haven't bought cabbage for last 1 year because we don't like the curry.
I am specifically looking for recipes that use raw/cooked cabbage as a main or side ingredient. Chinese preferred but open to any cuisines.

:hello:Two score and five years before young couples used to depend upon the kitchen bible by MEENAKSHI AMMAL . Those upon their wedding immigrated forsure carry latest edition of her book part I & II.
In that she had covered extensively numerous recipes that would suit South Indian palate.
With advent of other international recipes including Chinese proliferating across the globe, the taste buds no longer satisfied with just Indian cuisine.

Here is link to the web page suggesting what you desired.

Indolin is said to be helpful chemical for memories ( for short or long) and that is reported to be in abundance in green cabbage.

    Cabbage chutney
1.Cut 1 cup of cabbage and pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
    2. Cut 1 onion into fine chop.
    3. Grind coconut, dalia (pottu kadalai in tamil), 4 red chillies, cummin seeds, hing
    into nice paste.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and saute mustard seeds, then add finely chopped onions, curry leaves.
After 2 minutes add the cooked cabbage and the grounded paste. Add some water, cook for
    5 minutes.
    5. It can be served with plain ghee rice or chappathi.

I like this to mix with plain rice added gingelly oil, rather than simple cabbage curry.
Try once and you will repeat it frequently.
