    Hi Sainirav,

    Welcome to Irvine...

    I live in Woodbridge Community..

    I used to live in Las Palmas apartment... It was good and there are some Indians in those apartments too.. We had to move because they increased our rent from $1810 to $1940 i think . When searching for new apartments we looked Palmeras .. and found Apartment homes in palmeras are small donno why and expensive..

    Woodbridge community is good .. Good luck with your moving... Hope you find a great home...

    Frankly irvine is itself expensive...

    We might relocate to Irvine, CA. We are family of 3 and my daughter is in 1st grade. Which is the best school district in and around Irvine, CA, apartment near to that.

    My daughter is learning piano, kumon and classical dance.

    And last but not least, how much would be the monthly expenses - if any of you could give an approximate monthly exps to run a family of 3+1 is greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    We just moved to Avalon Baker Ranch Apartments in Lake forest,CA.I hardly see any Indians.I have 2 kids who goes to Elementary School "Foot hill ranch elementary school" . Am looking for carpool for my kids. Any suggestions ?

    Also will be looking for best indian community apartments soon in another 6 months.
    Looking for suggestion near by lake forest or irvine with indian community and best elementary and Middle school .

    Irvine apartments have a lot of Desi community..i am not sure abt Lake forest..Please check Deerfield, Wood bury, Woodbridge, Parke west, Santa Rosa, Quail meadows
