do anyone stay near AL habtoor tower , Kolam restuarant ..willing to go to yoga classes,tailoring classes in the morning after 8.00............actually iam planning to go ..but boring to go alone.....

 

Hi ladies,
I am a ameteur yoga enthusiast and learnt ashtanga yoga for two months during my vacation.It would be a pleasure to teach for interested.I would be doing about 40 asanas along with some stretches for an hour.
It would make me also regular in practising it.Preferebly in the morning starting from 7 to 11 and evening 4 to 7
anybody interested to do it along with me.I stay in sharjah Jamal Abdul nazer Street.

 

There are some exercise claases on Ittihad park during the evening time near Sharjah Gold Souk. I dont know when are the classes. You may just go for a walk around 7 pm so that you may catch hold of it
