I just got out of flu and although I'm otherwise back to normal, I feel dizzy and lightheaded. I am eating healthy food (mostly) and lots of water. Still, light headedness is not going away.

What could be the reason and anything I can do to stop it? I have a hard time seeing the monitor in the mornings (I work full time).

It maybe electrolyte imbalance. Consider drinking coconut water or other natural product which would balance electrolyte. Sometimes body needs more rest . Listen to your body.
    Thanks

See a doctor to make sure you don't have fluid in your ears.

if you are still taking cold meds that can make you feel lightheaded and if you are not, i will go with @MalStrom check with your dr if it persists. continous sneezing and blowing can sometimes make it hard for the ears. the fluid balance in your ears is very much important.
