Lets Our Dreams Come True By Loosing Weight

    You know, I tried eliminating a single slice of bread from lunch.

    One slice is about 100 calories. Hence if I keep eating consistent I'll shed about 10lbs by next year.

    And at night, instead of a teaspoon of peanut butter with warm cocao-cinnamon-turmeric-few-coffee-grounds milk, I'll have teaspoon of pumpkin seeds (high in protein)

    we are in the same boat...my weight also didn't reduced , but I see the difference when wearning pants and shirts.. so we are getting there... I have lots of unopened chudidaars that won't fit ....I have to reduce weight in order to get into those dresses .. and ofcourse to look healthy and young :) .... keep doing...due to pongal festival, last two days I ate some extra food pulihora, paramannam, plus some sweets.... but I did exercise on sunday and burned around 700 calories.....

    lets see...if I am able to reduce at least 5 pounds by end of January that would be awesome.... keep going ladies.. we can do it....

    Hi,
    Yes I also experienced dull face, hair loss and sagging skin with only a 4-5kg weight loss! I am not very fat but have fat around stomach area, making the body look unshapely. Need advice to tone up and add strength to my core, hands especially.

    For toning the hand triceps muscle has to be trained.(muscle at back of your arm) have 3 or 5 kg dumbbell and work for triceps.muscles sagging near elbows will go
    Hair loss - we need iron so take 2 Dates along with rich greens and vegetables.

    I also enjoyed the pongal feast.coming on track from sday.
    Yes,i can see the changes in my body but my scales show the same weight.anyways I look little toned now.especially my thighs due to Fast walking.
    I feel very fresh and energetic after my morning walk.i enjoy it. I ll go all 7 days a week.my heel hurts at times but that doesn't stop me from doing my walking
    If we love our work out we will make it as habit and it will be followed effortlessly

    I am very regular in my walking (45 min to 1 hr), exclusively bf my daughter and having home made simple food
    But can't control my sweet cravings
    Drinking 3 lit of water and cucumber juice

    Just my 2 cents
    Instead of viewing bread as calorie food, also think of it as highly processed, no matter whether they claim it to be whole wheat or whatever. Plus just check the ingridients list next time and see the leavening agents, additives and other stuff.
    Good decision to stay away from it, at least not on regular basis.
