Thanks a ton Manju, for stepping in here and for lovely words.
Please try to post your DDs works, so that others would be benifited. And yes, I too teach her decluttering the small places like teatable, living room, verandah etc..I tell her that helping the elders especially parents is a very good habit and she promptly obeys her mom now :).

Manju, I cant imagine the thing...grrr....This little man wants to put anything in his mouth and he always wants to grab the items what his little sister keeps in her hand. So our craft time is strictly scheduled when he takes a nap...one or two crafts per day. Thats it. As my girl knows about her brother, she accepts this idea and never ask when he is awake :rant

    keep coming da..

Thank you OTB, for the nice words.

And the bubble painting idea is really cool..Lets try it.
Yes, I too agree with you, teacking them kolam is really a good idea.It would definetely improves their creativity. AT times, I too give her the kolapodi(powder) to occupy her with something and she would draw(scribble) duck, ,moon etc :)

Thank you Shara, for coming in here.

And I tried to PMed you but it said that You havent selected the PM option something like that.Anyways you found out this thread.

Teaching them writing Tamil, I think you can postpone it. BUt teach them orally. And never give up teaching our mother toungue and dont think that it would be difficult for them to learn multiple languages. Kids will do.

Once they start Hindi in their school, you try to teach them tamil at home. Buy some story books and read to them. Once they grow up, try to buy tamil magazines at home and make them learn the AMUTHAMOzhi(tamil) by cultivating the reading habit in them.:)
    All the best :thumbsup
