Thanks for your FB. Very well said, it is indeed deceptively simple. But as we make conscious efforts it bids adieu to the deception. I am no expert, I'm also on the same path as everyone trying to be happy. Only thing that springs me back everytime my mind slips towards sadness is when I shake my mind up and say 'Common its not so sad also, and cheer up dumbo, when you have so much of love around you want to concentrate on that one thing you cant let go and crib and diminish the value of that everything' this everything vs one thing cheers me up
