Hello Ladies, I've tried a couple of walks from Leslie and simply love them.. Have any of you bought her DVD's in the UK? do the ones from US work okay? I want to but 2,3,5 mile walks.. Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance.
Hi EverHappy, I am new to this forum...I just came to know about these walks...Even I am in UK but I downloaded the videos from Internet and started walking from 3 days..I love it!! I started off with 5 mile as of now..which one you have started off with... Thank you.
I would like to try them out..Can someone please explain how that works before I buy the dvds please?
