Learn and Earn from home (Medical Transcription)

Hi all,

Even I am interested in working from home. Also I have worked as a medical transcriptionist earlier in 2007 for 6 months. To add further I have a medical background as well. But I don't intend to invest any money. If there is any good opportunity please let me know.

1 .Is there really chances of getting job after the course.will i get the assistance till i get a job
2. how is the openings and job market as of now?are u still doing MT?
3.how many hours we need to work in a day?
4. Can we work part time?
