Lead & mercury free prenatals?

I was taking diffrent brands of prenatal till now ..but can't decide on anyone..from past few months I m sticking on rite aid prenatal with dha..I got them on a deal so bought in bulk.they are good ..I haven't experience any morning sickness or vomiting during my 1st trimester..
now have to buy some again and while doing all that research I found that even prenatals also have lead and mercury in them..so friends can you suggest any with no mercury and lead in it..
which prenatals are best according to you..
have heard women's one a day is also good but some says it contain American ginseng which should be avoided during pregnancy..

Ask your Obstetrician in your next visit. You can also call nurse line number and get clarifications.

Many women use one a day and other such prenatal tablets and I have never heard of such concern from them.

Check in whole foods u will find it. the one i am having is lead n mercury free and non synthetic.
