Very true Hasini. I stitch all my blouses, salwars, and DD's few dresses. It saves in the front of 'n' number of visits to remind the tailor, the charges etc. Moreover, the tailor will return the cloth if it is not enough, will not break his head to utilize. But that situations makes us to think and finally we arrive at a new design, since we will not be wanting to waste the fabric which comes along with saree. Actually in the brown blouse I wanted to attach a different color strip for the folds, but as I didn't know the saree color, I cut strips of the same fabric from wherever I could and hid the joints into the folds. So knowing stitching is a big advantage. Even a basic learner could do second stitches for the ready made clothing.

Now there are lots of classes where they teach only blouse and salwars. Go for it. All the best.

    Thank you bindukolli.

Thank you chitu for your cute response.

    Regards

Thank you vidhyalakshmi, varloo, luv2vani for your likings

Thank you Siri, Usha and latharam for your nice feedbacks. I couldn't take the pic of brown blouse wearing the sleeve. It was so hurriedly finished and gave her without even ironing it.

    Regards
