No stitches for me, just a cm cut and it was allowed to heal on its own.

I started walking for the same day and the second day was my normal day with discomfort & other small troubles.

    All the best.

Cold? Try to clear it before you the Lap. You need to given with anesthesia and they will want you to free from it. Take good care of you!
    All the best.

My Lap experience : I underwent lap surgery Dec 2012 . I was admitted to hospital previous night as we thought i might get insurance cover. Was given Enima in early morning and was taken to theater by 8am.waited in bed for almost 45 minutes in post operation till they took me to OT.It was scary and very cold in the OT. I was given anasthesia and then when i woke up i was again in post operation bed and procedure was over.I took around 2 hrs to regain consciousness.I was taken to room, and then my husband went to pay bills etc after 2 hours we left hospital.I had pain around navel area .Especially while getting up from sitting and lying position.I took leave from office for 4 days , took 1 week rest till all the pain subsided. And we did not get any insurance claim. It was rejected.Whole procedure cost me around Rs.25,000.
Lap findings as mentioned in report::few endometriotic spots found and same has been caterised

I still believe they did not find anything and just wrote a line of report to make us satisfied.I never had any problems related to endometriosis.Still don't have.

    Hi Divya,
Its hard to understand what they do with lap & other procedures. Can't help it. Hope it will aid in conception at least in the up coming cycles. Take care.

hi vasu and all other friends,
my lap with hysteroscopy done on tuesday evening and discharged yesterday morning.
uterus, ovaries , endometrium are normal. so no ovarian drilling .. but the sadest finding is left tube is blocked and unhealthy. Report says "left tube is blocked and no spill even after milking". right tube is fine..
In apr 2013 i took hsg and those report says "free spill on right and left shows delayed spill". also i conceived once on 2011 when i ovulated on left.(ended in mc at 9 weeks)
dont know how suddenly tubes goes unhealthy...
able to walk from today but pain near navel stitch is more while sitting and getting up ..mine lap took nearly 1.15 min .. follow up is on coming tuesday until that Dr asked to give towel bath only..

    Hi Mrithula,
Good that the lap process went fine. But sorry that you found the block in the left tube. I too get automatic tube blocks and removal! I don't know why that happens on its own, may be since its a tiny tube, easily gets blocked & unblocked. Check with your doc on that.
Take good rest for sometime, hope the pain & other suffering will reduce soon!
Take care. Baby dust to you!

    Hai to all ttc ladies

I was a silent reader of this forum, ttc from 5 years, done scans/blood works/HSG/DNC, had hypothyroidism but was in border didn't had any major issues, DH had low sperm count and motality issues...... 1 IUI failed one year back, had lot of stress was not in situation to go hospital, assuming that i will never get pregnant, recently made up my mind after my friends motivated me to go doctor and give a try and also after reading ttc forum success stories, got motivated to go to doctor.

My infertility specialist done fresh scans/blood works, scan showed cysts in ovaries she suspected i might have endometrial issues also, so she suggested me for laparoscopy/hysteroscopy/DNC

I got my laparoscopy/hysteroscopy/DNC done on 14th march. Was done under spinal (Local) anesthesia, but i was not awake to see the procedure, cysts were removed checked the tubes, which was clear, endometrial sample was sent to biopsy, which said "Early proliferative phase endometirum" i was worried looking this impression. But, doctor told its normal nothing to worry. I was normal after 2 days of surgery, i came to work after 5 days off. I like to thank Vasumathy as i read your laparoscopy experience i relieved from tension and also all other ladies who written their experiences of laparoscopy gave me motived to get it done, thanks to everybody in this thread. From next month onwards i need to consult for further treatments and follow ups.

Praying God to all ttc ladies who are desperately trying for baby....
Baby dust to all ttc ladies
pl correct me if i am written anything wrong....
