    Hi,

I want to know where are the ladies purchase kurtis and chudidars in bangalore..
Usually I shop in central, max, shopperstop etc. Everything is costly there and not of very good quality.
Tried purchasing cotton chudidar materials in kalamandir,Jayanagar. expensive and not good quality. They fade away within very few washes.

Please help - where to find quality stuff (kurtis and materials with latest designs) in Bangalore?

    Your inputs are highly appreciated.

    Hi,
If you are staying near marathahalli, you can find many small shops for kurtis or chudidhars. There prices are reasonable and quality also good. Try it once and let me know...

In Jayanagar 4th & 5th block area, you'll find small boutiques owned by budding fashion designers & aspiring businesswomen in every nook & corner. You can get a ready made kurtis available for like 500 rupees.

Dont waste your time in malls/ centrals. They are a big waste of money. One wash & they become useless.

Also visit commerical street area. If you enter comm street from brigade road side if you walk for sometime, you'll get small gullys on your left (keep looking since they r sooo small, its easy to miss it) If you go inside this gully you'll find some amazing shops. Also there's a bigger gully on your right side, there are dozens of tailor shops who sell material too..... they will stitch the kurtis in 30 mins tops. Round figure? 300 bucks !! Good luck!
