Usha.. You can avail the PM facility if you pay a subscription in IL, and its very cheap.

If you do not prefer, we can always contact through FB.

Wow.. We are so close right now, yet we cannot meet. I am so curious.. and anxious to meet you.

If you have any doubts regarding the navigation and other features in IL, feel free to ask us.

    Hi Chitra,

    Selamat Datang.....aka...Welcome! :thumbsup

You can pick Indian groceries from a place called Brickfields or Little India...there is a shop called Modern Store where we pick indian masalas, snacks, atta etc and sometimes vegetables (kundri or parval). There is one more shop Sri Kota which keeps mix of indian and other groceries. However, I always prefer Modern Store for indian groceries.

As well there is a place called Masjid India...there is a big store called Hanifa where you can pick indian groceries.

Where in India are you from? Have a good stay here in KL!

    Keep in touch!

    Regards,

    M

    Hi Again,

I just checked map and found you possibly live quite near to Hanifa the superstore I mentioned in Masjid India. You can pick groceries from there but for vegetales you can go to Coldstorage which is in Suria KLCC. I am not sure of other superstores in that area like giant or carrefour.

    :thankyou2:Thanks M,

Will check Suria KLCC for veggies... did go to Hanifa but did not find a lot of stuff.

Will probably try and go to Modern Store this week end.

Another question wat is the best mode of transport here?

    Thanks again
    Chitra

Hi bzbee, Welcome to IL and KL:cheers

Best mode of transport: Depends!! Depends on your place of departure and arrival..

Ex. from Kl Sentral to KLCC : LRT is the Best mode.
KL Sentral to Sunway : Bus is the Best
Or from any other location to any other :Car is always the best.. since we can have door-to-door connectivity..

Taxi is also possible, but having your own car is better in terms of safety, cost and convenience:crazy

Normally, the Locals here always use a car for transport. But if you need to get inside the Kl Center , then they prefer to park their car in some LRT stations and from there take public transport using Monorail.:thumbsup
