you can try any one of these
1.Application of ghee in navel in clockwise direction with the right hand thumb.
2.Intake of a teaspoon of butter warmed with 7-8 ground black pepper as first diet for seven days.
3.Intake of Aloe Vera gel 30 ml once a day.

Hi shavp. There are remedies. But exact cause should be found out. It could be due to excess weight or weak bones or due to cold weather.

    1. Heat little castor oil + camphor and apply on that area (bearable heat).
    2. You can keep a betel leaf over flame for few seconds (both sides of the leaves) and then place it over the affected area
    3. Boil milk, add turmeric & cardamom powder-boil again & drink in the night.

For foot pain, immerse it in hot salted water for sometime
If it is due to cold weather, wear chappals inside home. Cover the legs using socks.

Proper posture could be a reason for such pains... Massaging with oil could provide some relief... or apply some ointments or plasters.. That could also help... As Nigu said, keeping your weight in check and proper exercise could do miracles....

All the remedies are works perfect but with these remedies won't get the complete relief. How I'm saying is my aunt got same problem she used these all home remedies but she got only partial relief not completely so i did some search on this in online i got to know that few are are using supplements for this problem and they saying got relief with those...... have to see those which is the best supplement (replenex, omega xl, supple).
