You can use in any recipe which calls for paneer. paneer parantha, bhurji, matar paneer, etc. i would also like to mention that kid might be allergic to soy! Soy is still a controversial subject. try some other protein sources.

do not mix coconut + peanut in curries, as it may be hard to digest for kids or old people. Moreover check whether your child has allergy to that coco + peanut combo.

Tofu can be used in :-

    1. dishes calling for paneer.
    2. making smoothies (just put few cubes of tofu while blending)
    3. Use in salads
    4. In stirfry vegetable dishes
    5. Crumble and use along with regular stuffing for momos / dimsum
    6. Crumble and mix with masala bread spread (potato combo)
    7. Grate finely and use along with regular stuffing in Paratha

Finely grate the tofu. Add salt, jeera powder, lemon juice and mix with wheat flour. Prepare dough for chappathi. Chappathis will be soft. Generally tofu takes long time for digestion when compared with paneer since it is made from soya
