    Hi,

If your kid will eat little spicy food means u can also make spicy rotti. In atta flour add chilli powder, corriander powder, Jeera powder, Amachur powder, Dry methi leaves, salt , oil and warm water. Mix well and keep it for 1 hour in air tight container then make soft rottis and pack it in Aluminium foil paper. U pack 4 rottis in one pack. They can eat this with tomato sauce/sugar/curd/pickle/Jam or as it is.

    Regards

    Sharu

    Hi arunsvanu,
You can pack chapati/roti rolled and stuffed with li'l vegetables (freshly prepared and wrapped in aluminium foil), sandwiches, burgers with veggies. You can also prepare stuffed parathas.
Dont carry rice and such stuff as it may become stale and kids dont like to eat such foods while travelling if its a very long journey.
Food should be light, tasty and interesting for kids while travelling.
You can also carry cuts fruits and wrap it in a plastic foil.. like mosambi, oranges (already cut and peeled), chikoo, grapes, pomogrante and at the time of eating you can sprinkle salt and pepper.
