I understood from reading many articles that being very active, eating smaller meals several times a day and drinking plenty of water helps in weight loss..I agree.. 1. Can anyone guide me about specific foods that increase metabolic rate ( I don’t eat non veg )...? 2. I m unable to do intense work outs due to previous issue with sprains in back and ankles.. But will regular walk And routine household chores help in keeping metabolic rate high ( walking, washing utensils, sweeping, occasional mopping, cleaning washroom , drying clothes etc ) ? I m not in a personal situation or position health wise to do heavy workouts or heavy exercise... 3. I read a couple of fitness forums, lot of people swear by drinking hot or warm water throughout the day and claim that it was helpful in losing weight when combined with food restriction and mild exercise,..no harm in trying ..has anyone personally benefited from drinking lots of hot water, does it speed up weight loss? Hot water combined with green tea, guava tea etc? Please clarify queries and give suggestions based on experience..I’m very interested in coming back to shape but I just have too many things to do which take up all time and energy which I have...so not able to follow proper routine or have a proper goal for weight loss..
