    1. [*]Besan - 1 cup
      [*]Buttermilk / Thick curd - 2 cups
      [*]Water - 2 cups
      [*]Salt as per taste
      [*]Ginger paste - 1 tsp
      [*]Green chilies Paste (of 1-2 green chili)
      [*]Turmeric - ¼ tspn
      For Tempering:
      • Coriander leaves
      • Mustard seeds
      • Asafoetida (hing) – 1 pinch
      • 1 Green Chili, finely chopped
      • Grated Coconut (2 or 3 tspn)

    • In a bowl mix/beat all the ingredients from 1 to 7 in the ingredient table.
    • For 4 minutes, put in the microwave (med high) / under low flame in gas stove. Keep stirring in between.
    • Mix well and heat again for another 3 minutes (in microwave / gas stove). Keep stirring in between
    • Mix well and immediately spread it thin on a greased plastic sheet. (recommended using use a greased rolling pin to spread it thin).
    • After 5 minutes, cut it into thin stripes and roll each of them individually.
    • In a pan, heat oil and crackle mustard seeds. As it crackles, add 1 pinch hing and green chilies. Spread this on the rolls.
    • Garnish with coriander leaves and grated coconut.
