hi all... im doing a home made kanji maavu , parupu podi, idli milagai podi, sambar podi business at home.... main Ingredients in kanji maavu - * ragi * kambu * thinai * Kutiraivali * varagu * white corm * Pottukatalai * puzhungal arisi * Champa wheat * moong dal * javarisi or sago * barley * badam * pista * omam or Basil * Cardamom any one interested pl inform me... im staying in east tambaram... thanks
I would like to know what kind of moong dal is used??.. whole green gram or split or split and pealed yellow color ... I would recommend to remove puzhungal arisi because u've already added varagu and kudhiraivali..... because some ppl might not prefer puzhungal arisi.. U can add sigapu arisi instead of puzhungal arisi... Jus a suggestion... I would like to know the quantity of each ingredients it would help us a lot..
thanks a lot for your suggestions.... you can use split and pealed yellow one.... im preparing this kanji maavu for all age group people i.e from 2 years baby to 80+ oldies.... its a very very healthy drink.... i got a very good feedback from all my customers in & around me.... its a homemade product and a fresh stocks is selling out... as im doing as a business, i can only tell the ingredients and not the ratio of it... pl excuse me... anyone interested in buying..... pl inform me thanks
