thanks for your reply...but actually
my problem is how do we add cloth to neck and hem its like after stitching we will add extra cloth around the neck and hem it inside right..but the other blouses which tailor stitched were very nice but when im trying its coming like bulged and the stitches can be seen also...so please help me out...

If you stitch the neck with fitted facing it comes very neat.Please see
