    Update from my side- Had my doctor appointment today and everything went well. Doctor asked us to install car seat before next appointment. Group B test wil be done next week and cervical check from next week..doctor advised to take rest n be relaxed and do exercise if im able to do that. Based upon cervical check next time, she will suggest few exercises that will help dilation
