Update from my side- Had my growth scan and baby is perfect with lots of hair in head .. fluid level is also normal...so kinda relieved.. flying to the new state this weekend.Got the doctor's note as well and found a new doctor and hospital in the new state..Hopefully everything goes fine and this Friday will be last working day. Going on maternity leave from next week
I do squatting and everything as part of the prenatal yoga.. do you think we need to increase the number of times we do that at this stage.. I can sense that I've become slow right now.. after I do that 30 mins yoga I become tired..
I don't think u should increase. Even i get tired. Rather I'm thinking of reducing number. Also I can't do 1 or 2 poses now. I don't stress my body to do it. Doing meditation now. Planning to increase that actually

I checked with my insurance...they told dey ll cover 100% for in-network provider...60% For out of network...Thank you...Medela is there in the list...Thinking of gng with dis as many suggested this
Great..I'm yet to research about this and get one. I got very good reviews about medela hands free..All in to-do list in the coming weeks..Will update you if I find anything better
Sure.. I'm clueless about newborn handling and I've never been with a baby before.. but kinda excited
