JULY - 100 miles challenge - 25 miles per week

    Week 2-36.75 miles

    July 22- 5 miles (4 miles walk+ 1 mile LS)
    July 23- 4 miles(3 miles walk +1 mile LS)
    July 24- 5 miles (4 miles walk +1 mile LS)
    July 25- 4.5 miles(3.5 miles walk +1 mileLS)
    July 26-4 miles walk

    Week 4 total -22.5 miles

    July 2 = 3 miles (cardio)
    July 3 = 3 miles (Abs and core)
    July 4 = 3miles(cardio kickboxing)

    July 7 = 3 miles (Cardios)
    July 8 = 4 miles (3 miles strength training + 1 mile outdoors)
    July 9 = 4 miles (3 miles cardio+1 mile outdoors)
    July 10 = 3.5 miles (lower body exercise)
    July 11= 4 miles (kickboxing)
    July 12 = 6.5 miles (hiking)
    July 13 = rest day

    July 14 = 4 miles (cardios)
    July 15= 3.5 miles (strength training)

    2.8 kg is not a long way to go (from your ticker). You lost 12.2 kg,that was a long way. You have come this far, :Bow:for that. Take rest and come back.

    hello all, how Is it going I am taking it easy this time... finally I finish 100 miles thou.. weekend is very relaxing no walking no workout will start fast from next month..,... regular walking is helping me a lot but leslie walk helps more as I got this 2,3 months little tummy to workon... hahaha...keep going on its couple more days only..............

    pumpkin you want to do leslie walk I can give you company I can do regular walk easily but I want to do leslie from next month see if we both can go together.. I am planning to do atleast 2 or 3 miles have to see how it goes..

    yes pumpkin you did lot of hard work to come where you are now.. don't get disappointed for couple of kgs...... you can get rid of that too... :exactly::yes:

    Thanks Nitha and breeze, I have been kind of stuck in 58-59 k.g. Last month with all effort it went to 57.4 but came back to 58 very soon then 58.8 :( this is going on since last 5/6 months........ I have to come out of this struggle phase...... good that my special days has come early so hopefully can do the work out next month sincerely.

    Breeze, yes I also want to do minimum 2/3 LS walk everyday..... will join you :) Do you want to do 30 day abs challenge ??? I am thinking of to take the challenge again.

    leslie walk okay... ab workout yes I do need it but never did it.I love to try it.lets go for it from august 1st....let me knowwhich ab workout you following.. so I can follow same too..
