JULY - 100 miles challenge - 25 miles per week

    July 1 = 3 miles (Upper body strength training)
    July 2 = 3 miles (cardio)
    July 3 = 3 miles (Abs and core)
    July 4 = 3miles(cardio kickboxing)

    July 7 = 3 miles (Cardios)
    July 8 = 4 miles (3 miles strength training + 1 mile outdoors)
    July 9 = 4 miles (3 miles cardio+1 mile outdoors)
    July 10 = 3.5 miles (lower body exercise)
    July 11= 4 miles (kickboxing)
    July 12 = 6.5 miles (hiking)
    July 13 = rest day

    July 14 = 4 miles (cardios)
    July 15= 3.5 miles (strength training)
    July 16 = 4 miles (cardio)
    July 17 = 3 miles (abs)
    July 18 = 3miles kickboxing
    July 19 = rest
    July 20 = 2.5 miles (1mile run +1.5 miles walk)

    July 21 = 3 .5 miles (cardio)
    July 22 = 3 miles (strength training)
    July 23 =3.5 miles (cardio)
    67 miles done

    Hi All,
    I was able to walk only for 1 week per day 2.5 miles. Due to work commitments I had to stop. I will be free by next month. Will catch up then.
