Oats Rava Dosa Ingredients : Rice flour 1 cup Oats 2 cups (powdered like wheat flour ) Bombay Rava 3 cups Salt ghee + oil to make dosa To make seasoning : Mustard seeds 2 tea spoon cumin seeds 1 table spoon green chilies - finely chopped 2 table spoon Method: In a big vessel put rice flour, oats powder and rava. In a pan pour ghee and oil and make seasoning with the ingredients given above. Pour it on the flours and mix well. Add salt and water and make it as a 'thin dosa dough' Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour and then make thin dosa. It will come very crispy, Really you will love it. Note: You can add finely chopped onions in this dosa
