Is Water filter required?What is best one?

Every day to day life we are using water for drinking and all of our activities. I feel it is required.
There are so many water filters in the market. Currently i am using espring water carbon block purifier. This brings me good quality of water keeps required vitamins and blocks carbon and avoids any odor.
This i can fix to my tap. So for this no other place and no change of my water usage. I am using water as regular turning on off my tap. This bring all quality water for all my house hold and drinking Healthy.

I am inviting all to discuss or openions on whether water filter is required and what they are using and how it will beneficial to your house hold . This will be useful to all of us.
