Would recommend a visit to the dermatologist. Your severity would matter.

For one friend, one chemical peel made a huge difference.

For another, she tried multiple chemical peels, some needle roller thing (don't remember the name), n a few more. But I guess it does help, because there was some difference, but it's just that her pits n holes r severe that it will take multiple levels of treatments.

 

Check with a good dermatologist.. Sometimes dandruff also cause acne in some women

Dont waste time money energy in dermotoligists, checmicals. Try using natural face masks like besan, chandan etc.
use white egg (leftover after u pour egg for omlette) every time u make something with eggs. also ponds dreamflower powder (pink color) helps lot to get rid of pimple marks

 

Another natural way is to apply aloe vera gel, the best will be to have aloe vera plant at home. Cut/ peel a small area of leaf, and apply the sticky viscous secretion twice on face. This needs to be done long term (4 - 6) months for perceptible results. Wishing you luck !

How many sessions are required to see a difference?
What's the approximate cost for dermabrasion these days, when done by reasonably reputed skin specialist? In clinic I mean, not in beauty centres..
