    Hi niv84,

    take tender neem leaves , wash them with water and grind them to a fine paste in clean pestle. Then apply that paste on the back heads. Leave it for 30 mins to 1 hour and wash face after that. this will remove back heads.

    When you grind tender neem leaves..the smell is so strong that your eyes start watering..but is is really good for skin and hair
