Is Goat's milk good while TTC

    Hi IL Ladies,

    Recently i saw a program in Zee Tamil which mentioned that goat's milk is good for infertility

    They showed in that program we need to mix couple of things along with goat's milk and both the husband & wife should take it for 48 days

    Have anyone tried this before and got some good results?

    Thought of sharing this for IL ladies who are trying to TTC & trying to do every possible things that brings success in this journey....

    Please share your experience/any details if available

    yes it is true

    for your DH you can shock the date and take we can add cardamom in that.

    Just follow these simple treatment and see the result

    Drumstick flower powder along with Honey for 48 days sperm count will increase
    Hibiscus flower has high potency of sperm count increase.
    Cut small onion in to small pieces fry and take along with Honey after that one cup of milk.
    Cummin seed powder + Villvam Pattai make it nice powder take one spoon and mix with ghee take this daily at night.

    Pomegranate juice will be good for both of them daily you can have.

    Hi Sumanrathi,

    You have mentioned that Hibiscus flower has high potency of sperm count increase- should this be taken in empty stomach?

    @RamyaHan2009 one suggestion pl. always replay with @Username then it will be easy to replay to you.

    Yes you can take iin empty stomach or when ever if he come across the flower ask him to have there is no condition or schedule or any dosage

    Also follow the other treatment which i have described above and see the count after 3 months update the details this will help to others too.
