    hi Ladies,

I'm 6 weeks pregnant.. I have a doubt, plz do clarify.. Can i eat jamun in first trimester? In some of the threads, it's mentioned to avoid jamun in first 4 months.. When I googled i got mixed reviews.. So confused now.. Anything in moderate should be fine.. But still want to clarify it.. My doc said that i should avoid papaya, pineapple only..

I think its ok to have it. If you have the risk of gestational diabetics or with early stage of diabetics, its better to avoid it as it has higher sugar content.
Other than that it should be ok. Have it in moderation.
