Is Banana a weight-gain or a weight-loss fruit?

    I eat around 4 bananas a day, I hope that is not over eating yet. I eat 2 bananas in the morning and the remaining 2 as banana milk shake in the evening. :)

    Hi,
    If you are taking banana in morning and after 10 minutes your are drinking hot water.....it is for weight reduction
    But if you are taking in evening it is for gain...
    This is what I read...
    Personally I feel you can eat banan in morning with your breakfast it keeps you full and give lots of energy...after all banana is fruit only....
