Is Banana a weight-gain or a weight-loss fruit?

    I was told by the doctor to eat banana for breakfast, i haven't noticed any weight loss or gain.

    neither weight gain nor weight loss, it is health gain food!!!

    similarly banana milkshake is also good, especailly for people suffering from hyperthyroidism.

    If you are taking it with other foods(curd rice) , its weight gain food.

    If you are taking it lonely ( you are eating 5 also ) it's a weight loss food.

    Banana has lot of potassium and minerals, it has a lot of fiber, but unfortunately it does add on weight...so have minimal.

    Fruits to avoid while trying weight loss are Mango, Jackfruit, Chickoo, Custard apple, banana, watermelon, and grapes (sweeter fruits basically).

    Fruits that can be had while trying weight loss are Guava, Apple, Sweetlime, Grapefruit, papaya, etc...(less sweeter ones).
