    Will lookup 'steaks' of cabbage with sour cream. I love sour cream. Poriyal, thoran and kottu, should be on youtube too.
    I thought of making cabbage rolls with chicken or soy, but again after boiling it, let it sit in fridge for 3 weeks and threw it out.
    Looking at the boiled cabbage, I just couldn't bring myself to separate the leaves.

    How long the cut cabbage, will stay in fridge. One whole cabbage is too much to eat in a day.

    Lots of good information. Will try the rolling and then shredding method. But this will take a lot of time and efficiency will take a back seat and aesthetics, will be in the driving seat. Will do what one needs to do, to eat cabbage..

    I did hear that cabbage may cause bloating. Nice to know that ginger will add in digestion.

    Excellent tips! I did not know this. All points are new to me, and will make sure I use them.
    I cook the stems of cauliflowers, a little after the florets, and figured that cabbage core is okay too. Never threw out the core or the stem in leaves. Will try these two tricks while cutting.

    Will look up vangibath. Looks like there are many recipes of cabbage, just that I was not aware.

    My mom makes really good Cabbage Pulao. I never felt any strong flavour in it.
