Interesting Weight Loss Technique

    Hi,
    Last week I didn’t do any exercise as I had periods. Planning to continue Lucy exercise . I took ACV morning and evening. My weight is 67.9 kg

    Checked out the Lucy workout videos. Does it help only in reducing the waistline or helps in weight loss also.

    @ushee, at 55 it is more diet, and exercises and good sleep that helps. There are simple exercises for your belly. If your physio has taught you stretches for your core, to strengthen your spine, the same will help for belly, unless there is some other reason foe the belly..keep doing the stretches consistently.. and keep check on your diet.

    And lucy does have exercises for people with issues..go through her videos..

    And also if lying down is not a option..walking, and chair workouts are a option

    Waistlinr does not reduce just like that.you tone, or lose weight..sometimes there may not be change in weight, but your body tones..

    The bmi is a little confusing zone..just look at how you feel, your fitness, your energy, your health noth physical and emotional.. and inch loss is great..

    Not sure about the weight loss it helps you to tone ur fab .. weight loss is a combined process of lifestyle change and exercise this might help u

    Nice Thread OP.

    The things that helped me to stay fit so far are:

    - Minimizing the carb intake in all meals.
    - Including proteins and good fats.
    - Taking min 3L water per day (includes ACV and Green tea as well)
    - Reduced intake of caffeine (1 cup per day)
    - Avoiding white flour/white sugar/white rice ( keeping them for spl occasions like festive days in small quantities)
    - Hitting gym twice a week and doing home workouts 3 times a week.
    - Avoiding the stress will increase good quality night sleep which in turn helps to have a good day.
