    I started today will update after 7 days my loss in inches and weight

    Start day measurement :
    Sep 18th - LW - 82 cm
    WW- 100 cm
    Weight - 63.8kgs
    Height - 159cm

    Hi , please elaborate more on how u eat chicken for breakfast (recipes )
    Is it healthy to eat non veg daily?
    Do u find any positive negative effects on skin in high nonveg diet ...

    I just gave an example of eating good protein as CARB killer i personally dont recommend to have chicken or egg everyday you can add good source of protein like Grilled fish,grilled haloumi,paneer,chickpea , egg ,chicken , prawn etc into your breakfast meal .. as we always fail to cut carb craving if you can cut your carb craving you will be healthy ... I am not a fan of fad diets ... only lifestyle change will do long good for your health

    Yes please i see loads of difference on the days when i eat protein breakfast and non protein breakfast .... Please share your experience :)

    I am a 55 years old women and got spine surgery 2 years back. I can't do hard exercises like Lucy". But i really need some good suggestions from here to lose my belly. Please help me and thank you.

    when u have spine surgery suggest a good walking and swimming for belly workout .... and control on what u eat for belly ... watch out the items
