    Interested to know some weight loss technique that worked for you ... please share your post and techniques here ..

    1. 20 mins walking every alternate day
    2. Lemon & ACV (always a big hit in weight loss )
    3. Egg/chicken as breakfast helped me with Carb & sweets curbing

    Bbd,
    Acceptance that i am what i am,
    Sleeping well,
    Reducing popping pills,
    Eating healthy
    Drinking enough water
    And sometimes juicing
    And exercises..stretches and walking

    Not that i am anywhere in the ideal zone..i am at a.good place where i can be, at the best at this point of life where health issues crawl out every node of my being..lol..

    Life style change
    Mindful eating
    Weight Training
    I began two months back and lost around 8 kg. Lots of inches loss. Still a long way to go. But I'm happy at the results. Ofcourse I'm getting help from nutritionist for diet and workout plan

    8 kgs in two months is a healthy loss !!!! inches losing is a great result than kilos .. I lost around 12.5 inches in three months

    Hi,From Monday I started three things.
    1. ACV in morning and night.
    2. Body wrap before sleeping
    3 . Lucy 7 min 7 exercise 7 day.
    So far I lost 1 kg in 5 days

    I have seen few videos in YouTube. Applying Vick’s in tummy and wrap tummy with thin wrap(forgot the name,it is used to seal the veggies or bowl) then on top, used store bought adjustable body wrap.

    Let me,do u lose inches after trying Lucy 7 min workout. I lost 1 inch in one week. Hope it will continue.
