    Good morning Kushi... I like radha krishna and yashoda krishna frm ur attachments.:cheers :thankyou2: for tutorial its very informative..and very usefull for IL like me who dont know how to do tanjore painting.

    It takes some time to do Kushi.... In office statutary audit is going on..
    After completing & getting report of it I will be tension free.

    After that I am planning to do Fabric painting on saree. :)

    Thanks Jeyashree for giving the first FB.
    If good at free hand drawing you can do that having some reference.
    Or can use the pre-designed coloured posters.Stick them on the board.Then just have to decorate them with stones & foil.
    Many pre-designed outlined patterns books are available readily in the market.Have them trace on the board & then proceed.

    First of all :thumbsup to your detailed explanation on Tanjore painting, procedure, pictures........
    My query comes on the above.............if we are not good in free hand drawing, can we use a ready made colourful calendar to stick the gold foil, the stones etc......... and probably enhance the eyes, lips etc??????
    The reason for asking this is I am not very good in drawing and I have this beautiful Lakshmi calendar which my mom gave me and I was keeping it to adorn with sequins, stones, etc...........and when I saw your reply to Jayashree thought would ask if I can make use of it this way..........
    Appreciate your guidance.............
