    allow your kid to play with brain development toys. It not only makes him engage more, but it also helps him to learn shapes, colors etc. You can opt for a jigsaw puzzle, wooden cube puzzle which is eco-friendly and non-toxic for kids.

    So recently, I started including my son in cooking chores. He is learning how to use the peeler (peels potatoes) and cut some veggies (like cutting smaller pieces of bell peppers). He also mixes the onions on the pan, mixes batter and we also set the table together. Making chapatti has been a bit of disaster with him, but we are working on that.

    I know that some people have started teaching their toddlers yoga. Mine is not very interested, but he likes doing small weights.
