Indian passport renewal, anybody knows NYC address?

Hello everyone,

I need to apply for my son's passport renewal. I have booked an appointment and today I noticed that the address on the email confirmation is

BLS
28 West, 30 street, NewYork 10001, USA

and on their website, it is

BLS Visa Application Center
6th Floor,
Building Number - 13 East 37th Street
Between 5th and Madison,
NY 10016

As usual, their office is closed (or it is 15th August) so nobody is answering the phone, I have emailed but not too sure if I will get reply by tomorrow.

Hello swahiniji,

Its better to contact them on their helpline number and get it confirmed. It would take atleast 10-15 min of hold time specially on start of week. I guess u need to go to the location as mentioned in the appointment confirmation email.Additionally make sure you carry all the documents(original and photocopies),photos and required fees.

Hi,

My husband has done his passport renewal recently and he has sent all the documents through post to the address: BLS International, 28 West, 30 street, NewYork 10001, USA.

Received the renewed passport by post in 2-3 weeks. Let me know if you need more information.
