Boil noodles in hot water for 3-4 min (boil water first, when it started to bubble, add noodles , 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp of oil). Drain the water completely, and wash the noodles with normal water. Keep the noodles aside.

Heat 4 Tablespoon of oil in a kadai. Saute the onions, then add ginger- garlic paste, then add capsicum and tomato together and add all the powders and masalas with enough salt and fry till the veggies r cooked. now add soys sauce and mix it for a minute. Now switch off the gas. To this , add the already bolied noodles, mix nicely till done. Then again switch on , give it the heat for 2 minutes, by mixing nicely and garnish with coriander leaves.
