    Today's fare: Morning: 1 glass coffee, 1 sandwich, 1 orange and 1 katori grapes
    Afternoon: 1 katori green moong chundal, 1 glass neer mor
    Evening: 1/2 glass coffee, 1 chikkoo and 2 air fried veg fingers
    Dinner: 1 phulka with 1/4 spoon ghee, 1 spoon pulav, 1 spoon podlangai, 1 katori patla dal, 1 katori cucumber-onion raita
    In-betweens: 1 glass tender coconut water, salted shankarpalas, 1 handful cashew nuts
