finally what is the proportion for these 3 seeds??

Can we take equal portions and grind??/

 

In the USA, Kala Jeera is called "Shahi-Jeera", you can get it at major Indian stores.

 

I have made this powder and started taking it for the past few days.

It helps in aiding digestion and reducing gas.

 

the proportion is
50 gm methi
20 gm ajwain
10 gm kali jeeri
need to roast them on simmer on a tawa when brown...slow grind it into fine powder and take 2 spoons in the morning and evening with warm water.

i have to yet to start this program...but would like to know if this works...

i prepared that powder and had that with warm water,its very bitter,
i mixed the powder with water.its ok
