    Hi..
    I am a fitness lover with a few extra pounds and looking for some good workout buddies (working out 5 days a week) to start and share progress in - workouts,well balanced diet,weight loss/inches.

    I am planning to start with Jillian Micheals home workouts.We needn't start the same Jillian program, choice can be made based on an individuals fitness level. Join me if anyone's interested.

    No one interested in Jillian Michaels workouts :( One can lose inches (fat loss) with her workouts when done consistently.

    Hey..I am doing ripped in 30 as well..I just started with week 2, yesterday for a change I did 25 mins last chance workout.I did try NMTZ once and I found that smaller the workout duration the more tougher they are.I sometimes mix workouts whenever I get bored doing the same thing.

    I am still struggling with the alternating plank jacks and mountain climbing cardio circuit from week 2 workout.

    Tried a new workout this week.. lift and shred by JM.Felt really sore post workout,but it’s a great workout.
