In Grown Hair

    Hi I have been waxing for many years.......but in recent times I started getting these ugly ingrown hairs which are black spots on the leg. I looks very ugly now. Does anyone know if there is a medical treatment for that ? I would also like to know the best dermatologist to consult for this cosmetic problem in Chennai ?

    2. i will say what i am doing...i was waxing my hands. but i ended up having pulling skin spots and black spots pn my hand esp elbows.so i stared using veet...it was very well ok...but whenever i am concerned abt using chemical appln, i switched over to gillette women shaver.now i am not getting those spots and remain clean..i usually dab a moisturiser after every bath so that may improve ur skin condition. but some women dont prefer shaving as it may aggravate hair growth..that is also true...but i have experienced same amt of hair growth only...not more...in hands and legs..u can try if u r not afraid of shaving...or else let other say..let us wait...

    Okay....thanks for ur reply..... I would like to know if there is any medical treatment for the already present black spots (scars). They don't go away. Has anyone seen the dermatologist for a smiliar complaint ?
