    Hai IL's,

    Can i use the long grain and parboiled rice in sams club or costco to make idly,dosa and appam.
    If so what is the measurement against urad dal.

    1 cup- urad dhal

    Dosha

    4 cup- par boiled rice
    4 cup- normalrice
