Even we had this exp few yrs back when the mobile phones were nt so popular. My mom had given our landline no to one of our tenants.

It was such a big nuisance. Sometimes they used to speak for hours together....now anyhow it does not happen.

Now u can just tel them not to disturb . Tel ur neighbor..tat the baby wil wakeup frm sleep if she rings the door bell. U ask her to return everything at one shot so tat she need not visit ur house very often on the pretext of returning stuff.
