Without validating what the issue is/ what made someone for that act or words or, etc..... My question is very simple : how to vacant someone from my brain ? When reading this is might sound very simple, but I am going thru sleepless nights. Dont want to mention who/ what? Solution I am aware : IGNORE / DIVERT your mind. But believe me friends, whenever these kinda situation happens, I hardly sleep 4 hours. Weird thing is - I am very busy with 2 kids, working. Now in laws are here so more on my plate. But when the solution is in my hand I am not able to implement it. I easily get hurt (I guess) and cling to that weird horrible feeling. I cry, I will be cranky inside. But trust me no one else will notice it because I look so fine , I play with kids and everything goes just fine as per the schedule. But inside me , I will be dying. Sometimes when this kinda things happenes I will come out in a day or two . Sometimes more that 15 days. I dont know how to brake this. Please help me!
