Without validating what the issue is/ what made someone for that act or words or, etc.....

My question is very simple : how to vacant someone from my brain ?

When reading this is might sound very simple, but I am going thru sleepless nights. Dont want to mention who/ what? Solution I am aware : IGNORE / DIVERT your mind.

But believe me friends, whenever these kinda situation happens, I hardly sleep 4 hours. Weird thing is - I am very busy with 2 kids, working. Now in laws are here so more on my plate.

But when the solution is in my hand I am not able to implement it. I easily get hurt (I guess) and cling to that weird horrible feeling. I cry, I will be cranky inside. But trust me no one else will notice it because I look so fine , I play with kids and everything goes just fine as per the schedule. But inside me , I will be dying. Sometimes when this kinda things happenes I will come out in a day or two . Sometimes more that 15 days. I dont know how to brake this. Please help me!

OP this would affect you on a long run. Apart from the food we eat , exercises we do and the environment we live - a peaceful mind is equally(or more) important for our well being.

Try to share(with someone) whatever you feel so that the burden is lessened from your Brian ,mind and heart.

If you don't want to share maintain a secret diary and note down your worries / irritations so that is out of your mind.

When I used to be in a similar situation I have ended up experiencing bulimia (self induced vomiting) and it's a very dangerous situation to be in.

Don't burden yourself with heavy and hard feelings. Bring it out.

Why this thing is happening? how can you make sure this kind of thing not happen again? Fix the issue instead of escaping/ignoring/diverting/trying to emptying from the brain.

@Anusha2917 my first problem is I suppress lot of feelings inside. I dont share anything with anyone. But with my husband the most, but he just says just ignore. But thats not helping me. Even if I explain to some body they might think, what stupid thing to get burden myself. So what I am saying is -its just tiny thing and pulls me into that weird feeling.

@KashmirFlower why this happening - I dont know. Escape- nooo.....If I know there is something to fix this forever I will never try to escape. My guess is - my depression hormones dials in once a while. Might be when they kick in tiny thing also can make me crush liek this. Honestly all these are guesses.

That is why I am here asking for help: To fix myself forever.

Its been many year I am praying only one thing - peaceful mind.

I easily wont give up anything, I am falling keep bouncing....but all those are just temporary FALLING AND BOUNCING (in terms of mental health) .

Looks like there is someone getting on your nerves.
If you think mental health related, pls talk to a counselor/therapist and share everything with them, sharing with H may not help as he may see it as repetition of what you have been saying for quite sometime.

Since the IGNORE, DIVERT solution is not working, vent here.
Or open up to your parents or siblings.
    Talking it out will help
    Where do you live??.

You may want to consult a therapist.

or some one you trust and who has a positive outlook. If you talk to some one who tends to see more negative in any given situation , it will only increase issues for you.

Do you have anxiety too or dread to encounter certain situations or certain people ... if this is the case , please contact therapist , in the mean time try to read some books or watch tv to just take your mind out or go for physical activity which would tire you out so don’t have time for nagging thoughts

Self love with meditation, yoga, exercise, shopping, pampering yourself with beauty treats, engaging in a girls day out helps. If you live in India do visit a reputed Ayurvedic pharmacy and purchase a good Brahmi hair oil, it works as a memory booster and stress buster with an added bonus of achieving beautiful hair.

    Exercise helps me

    Ashwagandha works

I also write whatever anger I feel in paper and I don’t tear it.I keep it away until next morning

The above three gives me better sleep.

And lastly don’t force something..go with the flow..it’s okay to feel pain.Accept it.mind relaxes after a while and without your knowledge you forget it.

Definitely talk to a therapist, just talk therapy.
You need some girl to girl chat, but no one is available, nor do you want to seek such friend (mother, any woman relative will work), or no one has time. Best is to get a therapist.
