How to use pediasure

You could probably use 1/2 tsp to start off with and increase the dosage gradually.. I would suggest you try hi-owna from himalaya... it says it has natural ingredients.. been using this along with honey for my 2.3 year old son for over a month now and likes milk better now (he's always been fussy about milk after I stopped feeding him )

 

i have seen few ppl mix pediasure in half water n half milk. but i always mix it in the milk directly n don even add sugar, my daughters have it tat way hope it helps.

U can actually give ragi porridge its much more healthier than pediasure.
