how to use Kesar?

Have any one used Patanjali saffron?
recently i came to know that Ramdev's Patanjali Kesar is available at Rs.175/-
so am eager to buy that and use
can you tell me how to use kesar............and in what quantity? how frequently should i be using it?
how is it beneficial?

as much as i now .........it can be consumed with milk.............but as we all know.........that nowadays milk in adulterated by so many harmful chemicals.......so i want to know whats the other methods of consuming/using it?

Plz share your reviews if anyone has used Patanjali Kesar..............and whether i should buy it

Hi dimple
I don't know about patanjali saffron but I use saffron
I use that when I make payasam , milk sweets
I put that in the begining itself then only it will dissolve in the dish and give good colour.

I signed up just to help u out here, hehe !!
I am a boy though. Anyways i can help u out i guess thanks to my sister.

What she does is she takes couple of strands of kesar (strictly Patanjali brand) into the 1/4th glass of hot milk and mix it well until essence of kesar gets into that milk. Then pour that mixture into the boiling milk (say a half litter). That's it. You are good to go now \m/

Remember results are not quick, you will have to wait for say couple of months or a year but it's totally worth waiting for. You will jump for joy as soon as you start seeing results. Your skin will start glowing and you may witness a fairness too, that's for sure because i have witnessed those results too. We trust only in Patanjali Products bcoz we believe it's 100% pure.

Note:
(A) about 3 strands of Patanjali kesar for a glass of milk.
(B) about 8/9 strands of Patanjali kesar for a litter of milk.
